To use a creature decoy by hand, equip it in your hotbar, swim out, and press the assigned button to deploy it. Just make sure you're ready to hightail it out of there!

Take it from me, deploying a creature decoy by hand isn't an option. Your best bet is using it from your Cyclops. Stay safe out there!

Unfortunately, creature decoys can't be used by hand. You gotta rely on your trusty Cyclops for that.

Creature decoys can only be deployed from a Seamoth or Cyclops. Can't be done by hand.
