You level up Aura (Buso Haki) in Blox Fruits by simply using it when you fight enemies. The more you use it, the faster it levels up!
Just grind, grind, grind! Use your Aura while fighting and it'll level up over time. No shortcuts, my friend.
From experience, the best way to level up your Aura is consistently fighting high-level enemies with it activated. Keep it on and let the XP roll in.
