Confederation in Total War: Warhammer 2 lets you merge with another faction of the same race. Once you confederate, you gain control of all their settlements and armies, but watch out for a big diplomacy hit with other factions!

Just get friendly enough with another faction of your race and the option to confederate will pop up鈥攖hen you get all their stuff (and problems)!

From my experience, confederating usually requires high relations and a bit of luck, but it鈥檚 a great way to expand without war. Happy conquering!
