Well, if you're talking about feeling the most paranoid while playing Lethal Company, it's all about the atmosphere and tense situations the game puts you in. There isn't an official 'paranoia meter' in the game, but you'll definitely know who's the most paranoid in your squad by who's jumping at shadows and hoarding all the resources 'just in case.'

It's all about the vibes, honestly. Lethal Company doesn't have a paranoia score, but you'll see it in how players act. Whoever's checking their six every five seconds and whisper-yelling about every creak and groan in the game's ambient noise? Yeah, they're probably leading the paranoia pack.

Lethal Company doesn't exactly 'determine' who's the most paranoid like it's some kind of stat. But man, you can totally tell who's freaking out more by how they play. Like, if your buddy starts freaking out at every little sound and refuses to leave the safe zone, congrats, they've won the paranoia crown.

Nah, game doesn't track how scared you are. But it should! Imagine a leaderboard for who screams the most.
