How does Oda write One Piece?
Oda-sensei, the genius behind One Piece, has a unique workflow that involves a mix of planning, dedication, and an insane work ethic. He starts by brainstorming and sketching out story ideas, characters, and plot twists. Then, he spends days mapping out story arcs and chapters in detail. Oda works around 21 hours a day, taking only a 3-hour nap! He dedicates each day of the week to a specific part of the manga creation process: drafting, inking, shading, etc. Despite this grueling schedule, he's fueled by his passion and the love from fans worldwide.

Actually, Oda's secret is 3 cups of coffee and a devil fruit for breakfast. Just kidding! But seriously, his meticulous planning and love for the story really show in his work. He often plans storylines years in advance!
Gotta disagree with the whole 'planned years in advance' thing. There have been interviews suggesting Oda makes a lot of it up as he goes along. Sure, he's got major plot points figured out, but the journey? That's a lot more spontaneous.
