How do health numbers work in Apex Legends?
In Apex Legends, every player starts with 100 health. You can increase your health by equipping body shields, which come in different levels: white (common) adds 50 extra health, blue (rare) adds 75, purple (epic) adds 100, and red (evolved) adds 125. Remember, a well-placed headshot can change the game regardless of health numbers!
