Each relic has three tiers of rewards—common, uncommon, and rare. The percent just tells you how lucky you're likely to get on drops.

The relics' percentages represent the drop rates. Common items have higher chances (about 70%), uncommon lower (25%), and rare the lowest (2%). Good luck!

Percent on relics is all about drop probability. More percent, more likely you get that item. Just pray to RNGesus!
