Just play. Valorant figures out where you stand without throwing a rank in your face. It's chill but competitive.

Valorant's matchmaking in unrated modes is pretty nifty. It uses a hidden MMR (Match Making Rating) system. So, even though it's 'unrated', the game's still slyly sizing you up based on your performance. Kills, deaths, assists, and even your use of abilities factor into finding you a good match. Basically, it's like Valorant's quietly whispering to itself, 'Hmm, how good is this player?' and then matches you with players of similar whispery conclusions.

It's all about that hidden MMR magic. You won't see your score, but it's there, making sure you're not tossed into the shark tank with the esports pros or left wandering in a sea of newbies.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
