How Does Warframe Double Authentication Work?
Warframe uses Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). When you log in, enter your password as usual, and then you'll get a code sent to your email. Pop that code in, and you're good to go!

First-hand experience here: I enabled 2FA for Warframe, and they send a code to your email every time you log in from a new device. It鈥檚 quick and keeps your account safe!

Ok so, Warframe's 2FA is super straightforward. You log in, receive an email with a code, and then enter that code. Done!
In my opinion, you don't really need 2FA. Just don't share your password and you'll be fine.
