Scarecrows in Stardew Valley have an effective range of 8 tiles in every direction from where they're placed. So, basically, they cover a 17x17 square area, with the scarecrow smack dab in the center. Make sure you place them strategically around your farm to keep those pesky crows at bay!

Actually, it's all about how you place 'em. I got a farm that's virtually crow-free with just a few well-placed scarecrows. Remember, it's not just distance; smart placement can save you a lot of hassle.

8 tiles, but honestly, it feels like they sometimes do more with the way they keep my crops safe. Wouldn't farm without 'em!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!
