Quick tip: Don't forget those large logs and stumps on your farm can also give hardwood once you've got the right axe. Also, certain mine levels have hardwood as a possible drop from barrels and boxes.

Getting hardwood in Stardew Valley is pretty easy once you know where to look! The most common way is to chop down the large stumps and logs you'll find in the Secret Woods and on your farm. For this, you'll need to upgrade your axe to at least a copper one. These stumps and logs respawn daily in the Secret Woods, so you can get a steady supply every day. Also, don't miss checking the traveling cart in the forest on Fridays and Sundays; sometimes they sell hardwood!

Hardwood? Just upgrade your axe and hit the Secret Woods. Nuff said.

Honestly, I just get most of my hardwood from the Secret Woods. But pro tip: Once you start getting deeper into the game, there's a Statue of Endless Fortune you can buy for 1,000,000G that gives you hardwood among other things daily. It's a hefty price but worth it for late-game resource gathering.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:
