Licht isn't directly related to Gauche in Black Clover. Licht is the leader of the Elf Tribe, while Gauche is a member of the Black Bulls. Their connection comes from the reincarnation arc, where some elf souls inhabit human bodies, but Gauche's specific elf counterpart isn't Licht.
