In my experience, they've held funds for a couple of weeks. It鈥檚 usually because I didn't have enough transaction history at the start.
Who needs money anyway? Just kidding, PayPal holds it up to 21 days, but it'll release it faster if you upload tracking info.
Sometimes they keep it for a while, but usually ain't more than 21 days.
