Honestly, it feels like forever when you're waiting, but it's actually only 3-4 hours. You don't have to do anything special, just wait it out, and soon you'll have a new vault member!
Pregnancy in Fallout Shelter takes about 3 to 4 hours to complete. After this time, the pregnant Dweller will give birth, and you'll need to assign a name to the adorable little Vault dweller. So, just set it and forget it - go about your vault duties and come back to a new citizen in no time!
Too long if you ask me. The game should have an instant option. 3 hours is too much of a wait.
