I'd say having at least 3-4 crews is a good start! You'll want a variety of vehicles ready to go for different situations.

With my experience, I'd say aim for around 5 crews. You never know when you'll need that extra backup in a heated battle!

Depends on your playstyle, but generally more crews mean more flexibility. I'd recommend at least 5 to cover air, land, and sea.
