There are 48 episodes if you include all seasons and the spin-off Tokyo Ghoul:re. The original series has 24, and Tokyo Ghoul:re adds another 24.

Tokyo Ghoul has 24 episodes, split into two seasons. The first season has 12 episodes, and the second season, Tokyo Ghoul √A, also has 12.
