20GB guys, that's all you need. Anything more is just for updates and extra stuff Riot decides to throw in.
Valorant pretty much needs around 20GB of disk space on PC. But, to keep things smooth and allow for updates, you should have a bit more free space than that. So, think like having 20-22GB free is a good starting point.
Honestly, if you're worried about space, just clear out some of those old games you never play. Valorant's worth it for just 20GB.
