Honestly, 8GB of RAM is enough. My server runs fine and it's pretty active. Just make sure the rest of your specs are decent too.

8GB RAM minimum for a small to medium-sized server. More players? Go 16GB!

12GB, minimum. Don't listen to anyone who says less. Palworld can be surprisingly demanding, especially with lots of players online.
