100,000 XP typically gets you around 1 to 2 levels, depending on where you are in the season. It takes about 80,000 XP to level up after the initial easy levels.

With 100,000 XP, you're looking at roughly 1.25 levels early in the season, but later levels require more XP, so mileage may vary!

About 1 level, give or take. The XP requirements increase as you level up.
