Depends on the game, but in most of the main titles, you can count around 6 to 8 ninjas. Scorpion and Sub-Zero are the mainstays.

There are quite a few ninjas in Mortal Kombat! You got classics like Scorpion, Sub-Zero, and Reptile. There’s also Ermac, Rain, Smoke, Noob Saibot, and Tremor. It's a ninja party!

As a long-time MK player, I can tell you there are at least 7 or 8 ninjas across the series. Sub-Zero is my main, hands down!
