Honestly, the game's still early access, so they might cap guild sizes later, but for now, invite everyone you know!
In Palworld, guild sizes aren't explicitly capped, so theoretically, you could have a huge guild with hundreds of members! But remember, the more the merrier only works if you guys can coordinate well in those epic monster battles and base building sessions.
