Stardew Valley doesn鈥檛 really have an 'end' to its years. You can keep playing year after year without any limit. Most players set their own goals and find new things to do, even after the main storyline wraps up around year 3. So technically, it's infinite years!
Honestly, the game could last forever. I've been on year 10, and I'm still not bored!
