No official figures have been released regarding the exact development cost of Lethal Company. However, considering it's an indie game with a focus on co-op survival horror elements, it likely had a modest budget compared to AAA titles. Indie games can range widely in development costs depending on the team size, development period, and technology used.

I couldn't find the exact numbers, but given the quality and depth of Lethal Company, it wasn't cheap! Quality co-op horror like this takes a passionate team, so they probably put a lot of resources into making it scary good.

Who knows? The devs haven't spilled the beans. But judging by the game, every penny they spent was well worth it. Scavenging on those moons feels too real sometimes.
