The 2011 Hunter x Hunter anime covers up to the end of the Chimera Ant arc and the start of the 13th Hunter Chairman Election arc. Basically, it goes up to episode 148.

In the 2011 version, it covers up to the early parts of the 13th Hunter Chairman Election arc. The 1999 version only gets you to the Greed Island arc.
