Valorant will ask for about 20GB of your hard drive's real estate at the time of installation. However, keep a little extra space free, cause game updates and patches might inflate this number over time. Always good to have some wiggle room!
Honestly, saying it's just 20GB seems misleading. With all the updates and new content they keep adding, it feels more like it's constantly growing. Might wanna have at least 30-40GB free to be safe.
8GB is what you need for RAM but for storage? Aim for at least 20GB. Valorant's not too demanding, which is great.
