The value of 1000 Pokemon cards can vary wildly! It really depends on what cards you've got. If your stack is full of common cards, you might be looking at a range around $40-$50. But if you've got a bunch of rare, holographic, or first edition cards in there, we could be talking thousands of dollars. Always best to check the current market or get them appraised!
Speaking from experience, I sold my collection of about 1000 cards and made a solid $500! But, I did have a few sought-after cards. Your mileage may vary.
