A first edition Pikachu card can vary widely in value! If it’s in mint condition, it can fetch thousands of dollars at auction. The exact price really depends on its condition and the market demand. Back in the day, you could’ve snagged one for a few bucks, but those days are long gone. Now, it’s a collector's dream!

Got lucky at a garage sale and found one for $10 – turned out to be worth over $5k after getting it graded. Condition is everything. Make sure you check the edges and holographic surface for any wear or scratches!

Only a few hundred, IMO. People sometimes overhype the prices of these cards. Sure, it's Pikachu, but unless it's in perfect condition and you find the right buyer, you're not looking at that retirement fund.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
