Oh, the value of an original Pikachu card can swing faster than a Metapod using Harden! If we're talking about the base set Pikachu from the '90s, a mint condition card might fetch anywhere from a few bucks to several hundred, especially if it's a first edition. But, if you're sitting on a Pikachu Illustrator Card, congratulations, you're looking at potentially over $200,000! Rarity, condition, and edition are the trifecta of value.

Depends. Got a first edition in mint condition? You're looking at a good chunk of change, easily hundreds. Any wear or tear though, and that value drops faster than Ash's chances in the Indigo League.

Just a few dollars for a common one. Not every Pikachu card is gonna fund your retirement, folks.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
