Most characters' 'LOVE' isn’t explicitly listed, but Frisk starts with LV 1. Try focusing on befriending the characters instead!
In Undertale, 'LOVE' isn't the same for all characters. For example, Flowey has a lot, being a main antagonist, while Toriel starts out with much less as she tries to protect you. If you really want specifics, you'd have to look up each character's stats!
Frisk starts with LV 1, which is basically no 'LOVE' at all! So technically, they aren't very loving at the beginning either ;)
