From personal experience, it's a good amount! Completing each mission node on the Star Chart can massively boost your Mastery Rank.
In short: a lot. Just run those missions and watch your Mastery soar!
You get a nice chunk of Mastery from the Star Chart missions, but let's not forget those sweet, sweet Junctions and Boss nodes!
Every regular mission gives you 3,000 points, while boss nodes give you 2,500. Junctions? They're the jackpot with 5,000 points each.
