Getting an Heirloom in Apex Legends isn't cheap, unfortunately. On average, you'll need to spend around $160 to have enough Apex Coins for the 500 Heirloom Shards you need if you're relying on opening Apex Packs. Remember, it's all about luck, but once you open 500 packs without getting an Heirloom, the next one's guaranteed to have Heirloom Shards!

If you're lucky, could be $0 if you just use the free Apex Packs you get from playing the game. But realistically, if you're aiming to buy your way to an Heirloom, set aside at least $160.

Just grind the game, folks. Heirlooms are cool but dumping $160 on chance? Oof. Save those dollars, enjoy the game.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
