Missions themselves don't give you Mastery Rank (MR) in Warframe. You earn MR by leveling up weapons, Warframes, companions, and other gear.

To max out your MR, just grind gear levels and hunt new things to max! Missions are just to help you get there.

From personal experience, I can tell you that the real key is diversity. Try out different weapons and frames, level 'em up, then rinse and repeat!

Yeah, missions don't directly give MR. Focus on leveling your stuff and completing Junctions to increase your MR.
