From my experience reading the manga and watching the anime, the show covers about 15 volumes out of 16. It skips some side stories but gets the main romance just right!

The Horimiya anime covers up to around Chapter 122 of the manga. Though it condenses some story arcs, it beautifully captures the core of Hori and Miyamura's relationship!
