Use Frost Resistance Mead when you're exploring the mountain biome; it gives you a temporary boost against the cold. Brew it with mead base (frost resistance) and some fermenting magic!

I found that building a small cabin with a fire in the mountains keeps you from freezing. Just stay indoors when it’s too cold!

To avoid freezing in Valheim, make sure to craft and wear the Wolf Armor Set, or at least the Wolf Fur Cape, which provides frost resistance.

Simply avoid the mountains until you have the appropriate gear or mead. It's not worth the frostbite!
