From my experience, trolls respawn roughly every 5 to 7 in-game days. Great for farming troll hide, if you can handle the fight!

Trolls respawn too often if you ask me. One minute you're chopping wood, the next you're running for your life!

Trolls respawn every few in-game days, but their exact respawn rate can be a bit random. Just keep exploring and they'll pop up when you least expect it!
