20 minutes. If that's too long for ya, just type 'save' in the console. Problem solved!
Every 20 mins by default, but you can change the interval in the server config if you want it more or less frequent.
In my experience, the server seems to save every 20 minutes, but you can manually save with the 'save' command just to be safe.
