From my experience, Xbox Game Pass updates with new titles twice a month. First batch usually at the beginning, another mid-month.

Not as often as I’d like, but they do add games monthly.

Honestly, the updates are so frequent it feels like I'm always finding something new. Monthly for sure, sometimes even more often.
