Hiruzen Sarutobi was around 68-69 during his death in Naruto. In Boruto, we'd have to say older elders like Onoki are over 100!

Kakashi Hatake is around 46, and Tsunade is over 70 but looks much younger thanks to her unique jutsu. Age really is just a number in the ninja world!
