How old are all the characters in Demon Slayer?
Tanjiro is around 15 by the end. Nezuko is technically older but demon-age is a bit weird. Zenitsu and Inosuke are about 16 and 15 respectively. The Hashira are in their late teens or early twenties. Age is just a number when you're fighting demons!

I've read the entire manga and watched the anime multiple times and from that I've figured that Tanjiro is 15 by the end of the series. Zenitsu and Inosuke hang around 16 and 15 respectively. Nezuko's physical age stays 12, but demon aging is a bit more complicated.
Most of the main cast is in their teens, with the Hashira ranging from late teens to early twenties. Just know they're all young and kick serious demon butt!
Tanjiro Kamado starts at 13 years old and ends up around 15. Nezuko Kamado appears 12 but since she's a demon, her actual age is tricky. Zenitsu Agatsuma is 16. Inosuke Hashibira is also 15. The Hashira ages vary, with Rengoku Kyojuro at 20 and Shinobu Kocho at 18. It's like a teenager reunion but with swords and demons!
