Totally not pay-to-win, IMO. I've been playing for months, haven't spent a penny, and still having a blast. Sure, you might get cool stuff faster if you pay, but where's the fun in that? Patience and strategy go a long way!
Eh, it's kinda pay-to-win. To get the top-tier characters, you're gonna want to spend some cash. But that's pretty standard for gacha games, tbh.
Mostly fair, but spending can give you an edge, especially with rare characters. Still, lots of free players hold their own just fine!
