I wouldn't say it's super rare, but it definitely requires some effort and patience since you need to beat the Gravity Boss for it.
I've farmed the Gravity Boss for hours and finally got it. It's a grind but worth the cool gravity effects!
Totally depends on your luck with the Gravity Boss, but yeah, it's not something you'll find lying around!
