I got the Galaxy skin when I bought my Note 9, and I rarely ever see it in games. So yeah, it's really rare!

The Galaxy skin is super rare since you could only get it by buying a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 or Tab S4 back in 2018. Good luck finding it!
