The Travis Scott skin is pretty rare! It was available for a limited time during the Astronomical event in April 2020 and hasn't come back to the Item Shop since. If you missed it, you're out of luck for now.

I've got the Travis Scott skin, and it's been ages since it was last in the shop. I'd say it's one of the rarer ones out there.
