He just slapped some shapes together, made them jump in sync with sick beats, and boom, Geometry Dash was born. Actually, it was a lot more complex, involving coding, designing levels, syncing music, and a lot of testing to make the gameplay just right.

RubRub, also known as Robert Topala, is the genius mind behind Geometry Dash. He originally created the game as a project to test out the different game mechanics, focusing on simple one-touch gameplay that has now become the game's signature. Initially, it was just a cube that could jump over obstacles. However, inspired by the feedback from players and the potential he saw, he expanded it into the full game we know today. Geometry Dash was developed by RobTop Games, which is Robert Topala's own game studio.

RubRub used black magic and a deal with the rhythm gods, obviously. Nah, just kidding. It was all about combining simple, addictive gameplay with cool music and challenging levels. He probably didn't sleep much, if you ask me.

If you're a Geometry Dash player looking for extra stars or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Geometry Dash essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
