Muscular is an absolute beast! He's strong enough to take on multiple pro heroes at once and even gave Deku a run for his money during their epic battle in Season 3. Those muscle fibers aren't just for show!
Muscular is strong but overrated. He got beaten by a high school student after all.
From my personal experience watching the series, Muscular is definitely one of the stronger villains in MHA. His fight with Deku was a testament to his brute strength and relentless nature.
