Rize was insanely strong! Her regenerative abilities and her kagune (those deadly tentacles!) made her one of the most feared ghouls in Tokyo.

Rize was a beast! Literally. Her kagune was top-tier and she had insane regeneration powers. No wonder Kaneki struggled with her power.

Rize was strong, but not OP. Plenty of ghouls could take her down; she just had notorious reputation.
