Sans is definitely shorter, maybe like 4 feet. Papyrus is probably around 6 feet. Toriel is a bit taller, maybe about 7 feet.

It's all headcanon, but I always imagined Sans being 4 feet tall, Papyrus about 6 feet, and Toriel around 7 feet. Who knows, though!
