Check in the AppData folder on your computer if you're using Windows. Your old saves should be there.

To access old Undertale save files, head to the folder where Undertale is installed. On Windows, check C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\UNDERTALE. On Mac, look in ~/Library/Application Support/com.tobyfox.undertale/.
