Open Epic Games Launcher, go to your library, find Subnautica, click on the three dots, and select 'Manage'. You'll see 'View Screenshots' there!

From my experience, the best way is to press F12 (default key for screenshots) and then go to your Epic Games folder in the 'Documents' directory.

It's super easy! Just go to C:\Users\[YourUsername]\Documents\My Games\Subnautica\SavedGames\screenshots
