From personal experience, just search 'Attack on Titan' and select the dub version in the quality profile. Make sure your indexers are set to fetch dubbed content!
To add the Attack on Titan dub to Sonarr, go to 'Series' in Sonarr, then click 'Add Series.' Search for 'Attack on Titan' and make sure to select the English dub version when available. You might need to tweak your indexers to ensure they search for dubbed content specifically!
